So this podcast is about change and personal growth. Some stuff happened this weekend, and I behaved differently than I normally would have, and the outcome was completely unexpected. HINT: I should be less 'Jenn' in certain situations. Hope some of the things I did have value for what you might be facing in your life. I'm hopeful the rest of August is going to be good! Time to get back to basics and reset.
So this week's episode is a bit of an extended one because there was a lot to talk about as a result of last week's episode. I decided to take my time and unpack all of it with you. I had a lot to navigate, tell the truth to myself about, and make some more tough decisions along the way.
But, after all of that, I decided to end the podcast on a high note and talk about this whole 'Urban Husky Project' and how the horrible landscaping visions of The South might have saved Kaya's life.
Enjoy the show!
This week Jenn is broadcasting for the last time from Le Chateaux, as moving to the new Le Condo begins. Lots of changes are happening and waiting for news about certain things gives Jenn a bit of paralysis.
The conversation then moves to today's political climate, a post from last week on the blog, a loon on Instagram, and Jenn's return to her personal Facebook account, which immediately comes with its own set of regrets.
Enjoy the show!
This week, Jenn brings a very open and honest episode on all of the emotions that come with taking the next step in your life. From everything from relationships, moving, and do everything in the healthiest way possibe, she's very candid and honest about what things can forge ahead, what things need to wait, and how important it is to continue to give yourself time to heal when you feel like the world wants you to be, "over it" by now and suscribe to this myth of the 'fairy tale.' Sometimes being and adult means having to be an adult and hold back on getting everything you want.
Then Jenn talks about the decision to retire her blog and head into a new direction, and the same factors of taking the next step in her personal life are changing her professional life as well and her new goals of what she wants her message to be going forward.
It's a full show this week, enjoy!
